Overview
Managing Yourself and Leading Others (MYLO) came to be because it was found that many people didn’t always understand themselves, what gifts/talent/motivations they had, what their purpose was, etc., and therefore were following a script written by and for someone else. The MYLO Center is created with the belief that if people understand themselves better and have the courage to write their own script (and live that script), that the world would be a better place.
Target Audience
The MYLO Center will resonate with ambitious, career-focused people in their late 30s and up. These people have had many life experiences and career successes but have ‘hit a wall’ or feel like something is missing. Their curiosity makes them open to new ideas and their desire to seek and strive for deeper meaning means they’re willing to put in the work toward a more fulfilling and successful professional life.

The MYLO Center seeks to make the world a better place one ambitious, career-focused individual at a time. We do this by helping people gain greater insight into themselves and the craft of leadership, enabling them to make a more positive impact on the people, organizations and causes they care about.
